Project Description

Browne McGregor Architects provided full architectural and interior design services for a new 24,000 square foot facility. The one story, concrete, tilt-wall structure contains an approximately 6,000 square foot Ambulatory Surgery Center, a 16,000 square foot Clinic and a 1,500 square foot lease space.  The two main entrances are accentuated by towers finished in natural stone, tile and glass curtain wall, as well as, expressive, cantilevered aluminum drop-off canopies.  The Surgery Center includes two surgery suites, is licensed by Texas Department of State Health Services, and is accredited by AAAHC.  The clinic includes the primary waiting and reception areas that serve multiple doctors’ exam pods, a Lasik procedure suite and an optical showroom and fitting area.
