Project Description

Browne McGregor Architects provided full architectural services for a new, four story, 90,000 square feet BullsEye Self Storage facility including a retail lobby at street level and a manager’s apartment at the fourth level. The project is positioned at the edge of the River Oaks neighborhood and has temperature and humidity controlled storage units. The building includes sustainable  design  elements  with  the  goal  of  Energy  Star  certification.
