Project Description

Browne McGregor Architects assisted Houston Physicians Hospital for a 10.5 acre parcel adjacent to its hospital campus in Webster, Texas. The goal was to define sites for two new Medical Office Buildings (MOB) each containing 60,000 square feet and to preserve a 3 acre site for future development. The scope of services included conceptual design for the MOB’s in order to obtain a preliminary cost estimate by others.
