Project Description

Browne McGregor Architects (BMA) provided full architectural and engineering (A&E) services for a new ground -up 16,920 sf multi-tenant retail building situated on a 1.7-acre site in NW Houston, Texas.  The building is designed utilizing concrete tilt-wall construction, mixed stone veneer, and implemented the use of aluminum composite metal with teal accent canopy systems.  The project was completed first quarter of 2023.
