Project Description

The original master plan for Pinecroft Medical Plaza called for 9305 Pinecroft to be a two story 30,000 square foot building. However, a call for a build- to-suit project by the former Sadler Clinic challenged Pisula Development and Browne McGregor Architects to adapt their plan to include a four story, 80,000 square foot building and 400 car parking garage.

The interior improvements include an ambulatory surgery center, urgent care, diagnostic radiology, radiation therapy and physician offices. The project also includes the addition of a freestanding, linear accelerator.

9305 Pinecroft now provides convenient, out-patient facilities for the Memorial Hermann Health System across the street from their main campus in The Woodlands.
