Project Description

Browne McGregor Architects provided architectural services for three buildings located on freeway frontage out lots at Baybrook Mall in Friendswood, Texas. The scope of work for the three buildings totaling 56,300 square feet included the addition of new cantilevered awnings, repair of existing signage bands, and the addition of feature tower elements at the building corners as well as upgraded LED lighting. The projects goals were to create upgraded visibility from the adjacent freeway and Mall interior loop road, as well as, a rebranded image to attract a new generation of upscale retail tenants to the structures dating from 1978.
