Project Description

Browne McGregor Architects provided full architectural services for a new, four level, parking structure on the St. Luke’s Hospital campus in The Woodlands, Texas.  The pre-cast concrete garage is designed for a capacity to park 423 cars across three bays on four tiers.  Additionally, the structure is designed to be able to expand to a total height of six levels, and to park a total of 655 cars in the future. Browne McGregor Architects also designed the subsequent phases consisting of a contiguous, six level parking garage and a new, 100,000 square foot Medical Arts Center that provided additional medical office space on this rapidly expanding campus.
