Project Description

Under an expansion program managed by Pisula Development, the firm provided full architectural services for the four-story, Medical Arts Center III containing 100,000 square feet of medical office space. The building design compliments the previous Medical Arts centers on the campus, and the project is LEED Certified from the U.S. Green Building Council. The firm also designed a six story parking garage providing parking for the Hospital as well as for Medical Arts Center II and III. Browne McGregor Architects’ work inside the building includes tenant improvements for The Physicians Group of The Woodlands, the CHI St. Luke’s Performance Medicine Center and the CHI St. Luke’s The Woodlands Hospital Wound Care Clinic.
