Browne McGregor Architects completed the D’Agostino Companies College Park Master Plan with the addition of the Medical Plaza. The building adds 30,000 square feet of medical office space in close proximity to St. Luke’s The Woodlands Hospital. The structure consists of concrete tilt-wall panels with brick accents providing an attractive and durable product at a competitive cost. The interior, common areas feature a refined selection of finish materials and original art selected to appeal to a wide range of potential tenants. The building complements the firm’s work on the adjacent Panera Bread store completed in the first phase of development at College Park.
