Project Description

Browne McGregor provided architectural services for approximately 23,639 rentable square feet at Technology Professional Plaza for Detcon Inc. The Programming and Planning for key functional areas included Administration, Sales/Marketing, Engineering, Sensor Research, Calibration & Testing and Mechanical Assembly. Special programmatic consideration was taken with dust and electrostatic free lab areas. A private truck dock was incorporated into the overall building design to accommodate all incoming and outgoing inventory. Interior design services for finished tenant improvement were also provided and included selection of all finish materials.
