Project Description

Browne McGregor Architects provided architectural and structural engineering design services for a new, 6-tier, 768 car garage on the Chi St. Luke’s Hospital campus in The Woodlands, Texas. The firm designed the pre-cast concrete garage to be contiguous with the adjacent 4-tier garage, also designed by BMA. The design provides for cross circulation between the two garages on the ground floor, as well as pedestrian circulation between the two garages on upper levels for more convenient vertical circulation.

Design services were provided in combination with architectural and structural engineering design services for a new, four-story, 100,000 s.f. medical arts center, ground level parking, and new drives in implementation of the Chi. St. Luke’s The Woodlands master plan for the campus.
