Project Description

Browne McGregor provide architectural services for a 14,000 SF single story multi-tenant retail center located in Nassau Bay Town Square. Construction consisted of concrete tilt-wall panels clad with stone base, aluminum composite metal tower elements, and expansive storefront which faces Space Center Houston. The center provides a palm tree lined paved area for outside dining and shopping.
