Project Description

Browne McGregor Architects developed the master plan for a multi-phase medical office development at Park Ten Commons. The project included planning and concept design for twin four-story, 80,000 s.f. medical office buildings and a four-tier, 720 car parking structure. The parking structure was planned to include 16,000 s.f. of retail space on the ground floor, and two wellness gardens were concepted to beautify the space between the MOBs and the garage.
