Project Description

Browne McGregor Architects provided full architectural services for a 10,387 square foot, single story building housing Pearland Pediatrics, with the balance of space available for lease. The building has several energy conservation features including natural day lighting in public waiting rooms, exam rooms and internal corridors. It is located in a Planned Unit Development by Randy Ellis, DDS. The building was LEED NC Certified in 2006, and was the first privately owned healthcare facility to be certified in the state of Texas.
