Project Description

Browne McGregor Architects provided master plan services for development of three medical office buildings totaling 148,385 square feet at Pinecroft Medical Plaza. Architectural services were provided for 9301 Pinecroft, a one story, 25,431 square foot, stone, glass and tilt wall structure and for 9303 Pinecroft, a three story, 59,510 square foot, steel frame with glass curtain wall structure. Architectural services were also provided for 9305 Pinecroft, a three story, 63,444 square foot, tilt wall structure that currently houses Memorial Hermann.
