Browne McGregor Architects provided full architectural services for the two story, 30,000 square foot, medical office building. The concrete tilt-wall structure is LEED Silver, Core and Shell certified by the United States Green Building Council. The concrete tilt-wall  structure  features  stone  accents, and its exterior openings contain Low-E glazing for reduced heat gain. The building is equipped with water-efficient plumbing fixtures, and many of its materials contain recycled content and/or come from local sources thereby reducing transportation energy. In addition to the shell building design, the firm provided interior architectural services for tenants located in the project.
