Project Description

Browne McGregor Architects provided architectural and interior design services to Pisula Development Company for their 9,000 square foot headquarters in the Kuykendahl Professional Plaza, Building II in The Woodlands. Browne McGregor previously worked with Pisula Development on the campus master plan and on the design of the core and shell building. The developer’s goal for this project was to showcase the “bones” of his building. In response, the design solution featured exposed structure and ductwork, polished concrete floors and strategically designed glass and clerestory windows to bring daylight to the interior spaces. For the final touch, the design team assisted Pisula Development in selecting furnishings, fixtures and appliances that resonate with the minimalist architectural details.
