Project Description

Browne McGregor Architects provided full architectural and construction phase services for the two story, 50,000 square foot office building. Browne McGregor also designed and coordinated the tenant improvements in the building, including accommodations for Detcon, Inc. and D’Agostino Companies. The Detcon improvements include offices, laboratories, assembly, warehouse and dock-high truck access. The project design compliments the architectural style of the area and features concrete, tilt-wall panels with masonry veneer accents and tinted glass. The firm also assisted with the selection and specification of common area furnishings and artwork. The project was 100% percent leased within the first six months after final completion.
