Browne McGregor Architects provided full architectural services for the 9,600 square foot tenant improvement at 134 Vision Park Boulevard in The Woodlands, Texas. This sleek, light-filled medical office features a welcoming reception area, clean lines, and a calming color palette designed for comfort and efficiency; all this while responding effectively to the construction budget concerns that are common for tenant improvement projects.  The project includes 28 exam rooms serving multiple providers along with functional and convenient workspace for over 20 medical assistants.
