Project Description

Browne McGregor Architects provided full architectural services for a new, two story, 32,000 square foot medical office building on a two acre site adjacent to the First Colony Mall and Methodist Hospital in Sugar Land, Texas. The project is anchored by two group practices on the first floor with the second floor available for multiple healthcare tenants. The tall, entry tower is designed for visibility from US 59, and exterior materials are intended to complement other buildings at the Sugar Land Town Square.
