Browne McGregor Architects provided full architectural services for Valero Refining Company’s new, 76,000 square foot Administration Building in Texas City, Texas. The four-story, secure structure contains a state-of-the-art Central Control Room for monitoring production activity throughout the adjacent refinery and is designed to meet the building code requirements for its coastal location on Galveston Bay.
