Project Description

Browne McGregor Architects (BMA) worked with CMK Properties to masterplan the 7.9 acre Woodforest Medical Plaza in Montgomery County, Texas for a total of three buildings. The Phase I project, scheduled for completion in fall of 2020, consists of a two story, 50,000 square, foot medical office building. The concrete, tilt-wall structure has a stone veneer base and contrasting stone veneer pilasters in conformance with the design guidelines for the Woodforest community. BMA is completing construction documents for Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, the principal anchor tenant, whose tenant improvement will include an in-ground therapy pool on the first floor. The buildings to follow include a 10,000 square foot, single story building and another two story, 45,000 square foot, medical/commercial office building.
