Browne McGregor Architects provided full architectural services for Mason Creek MOB, including the design for tenant improvements for Village Family Medical Practice and Memorial MRI. The two-story, approximately 30,000 square foot, core and shell medical office building is located just outside of Katy, TX in Harris County with easy access from the I-10 Katy Freeway.  The project is a prototype design for several additional projects in the Greater Houston area.

The building design meets the stringent Mason Creek Corporate Commercial Design Guidelines, and consists of painted concrete, tilt-wall panels, thin-set stone veneer accents, and a contemporary pattern of curtain wall glazing surrounded by extruded ACM forms that accentuate the main entrance over a sleek drop-off canopy.  The floor plates are designed in concert with BMA’s designs for the two primary anchor tenants, Village Family Medicine and Memorial MRI.
