Project Description

Browne McGregor Architects provided full architectural services for Telfair West Medical Office Building. The two-story, approximately 39,000 square foot office building is located in the Telfair master planned community of Sugar Land. The building exterior consists of concrete, tilt-wall panels with two-tone, thin set brick veneer and high performing, curtain wall glazing at the main entrance and building corners. The building interior has a dramatic two story lobby to greet tenants and visitors while connecting the front and rear parking fields.  The multi-tenant office building was designed to accommodate the anticipated needs of four healthcare anchor tenants, including an ambulatory surgery center and a diagnostic imaging center.  Surface parking on-site is maximized to meet the critical parking ratio of 5 cars for every 1,000 s.f. of building area.
