Browne McGregor Architects provided comprehensive architectural services for a new 10,000-square-foot tenant improvement at 1120 Imperial Blvd. in Sugar Land, Texas, transforming the space into a highly functional and patient-focused medical imaging and treatment facility.

The project brings together a wide range of diagnostic and clinical services, including exam rooms, ultrasound, bone density, mammography, 3T MRI, 1.5T MRI, CT scan, and X-ray suites, along with a dedicated pain treatment procedure area and recovery suite.

Designed to support advanced medical technology while maintaining efficient patient flow and staff operations, the facility reflects a careful balance of technical performance, comfort, and care-centered design.
