Project Description
Browne McGregor Architects (BMA) provided full architectural and interior design services for a new 48,000 sf medical office building in the Imperial Historic District of Sugar Land. The project includes surface parking at a ratio of 5 cars per 1,000 s.f. and approximately 45,000 rentable square feet of shell space on three floors. Floor-to-floor heights were established to benefit medical office users, and the building was designed to accommodate a diagnostic imaging and MRI center on the ground floor. Additional design considerations were made to accommodate a potential ambulatory surgery center tenant on the top floor.
