Project Description

Browne McGregor Architects (BMA) provided full architectural and engineering (A&E) services for a new 63,000 sf medical office building, the first of three projects in the firm’s master plan for a 13-acre site in Tomball, Texas. BMA is also providing A&E services for tenant improvements in the building, including a diagnostic imaging and treatment center, an office-based surgery center for pain treatment, a retail and compounding pharmacy, and a phlebotomy lab, among others.

In anticipation of the next phase of the master plan development, BMA has also provided programming and concept design for a new 47,000 sf specialty hospital.
