Browne McGregor Architects provided full architectural and interior design services for a new building for Modern Heart and Vascular, a fast-growing regional heart and vascular practice serving the Greater Houston area.

This 105,000-square-foot, four-story medical office building near Humble, Texas, serves as their primary office and headquarters and includes a 10,500-square-foot Ambulatory Surgery Center as well as a 10,500-square-foot Nuclear Imaging and Diagnostics Center Additionally, the building houses two floors dedicated to physician clinics, treatment space, administrative offices, conferencing, and support functions.

The top floor was delivered in shell condition to accommodate future expansion, positioning the building to support the practice’s continued growth and evolving outpatient care needs.
