Browne McGregor Architects is providing full architectural and interior design services for a new 36,000 s.f. Class A medical office building on a highly visible site to the southeast of Houston in Webster, TX. The design aims to create a new landmark along a dull stretch of the Gulf Freeway that is currently populated by miles of forgettable retail strip centers and big box stores alongside ubiquitous chain restaurants and car dealerships.  BMA is also providing architectural and interior design services for the full-floor tenant improvement of the anchor tenant on the third floor, which includes an aesthetic medicine center, med spa, and office-based surgery center.
